About us
We started because one café in Leeds could not find a till that worked.
Nine years later, two thousand UK businesses run on Till to Bill. We still build it the same way: someone on the floor tells us what is broken, and we fix that.
What we actually do
Till to Bill is an Android point-of-sale platform for UK hospitality and retail. The till, the payments, the stock and the reporting are one system, which is the whole point: the number on the report is the number that went in the drawer.
We build the software in Leeds and we support it from Leeds. There is no offshore ticket queue and no upsell for asking a question. Our engineers sit close enough to the support team to hear the same complaint twice, which is usually when something gets fixed.
We are not the cheapest and we are not trying to be everything. If you need a warehouse management system or a franchise accounting suite, we will point you at one and integrate with it.
How we got here
2017
One till, one café
Built for a single café in Leeds that could not find a system that worked offline.
2019
Kitchen display
Added the kitchen screen and the order ready display after watching too many tickets get lost at the pass.
2021
Multi-branch back office
Rebuilt around branches, with stock, employees and reporting held per site.
2023
Ingredients and expiry
The ingredient-to-product-to-branch stock chain, with expiry dates, because food service needs it and retail systems leave it out.
2024
White-label and backup
Your brand across the whole product, and scheduled backup to your own storage.
2026
2,000 venues
Two thousand UK businesses trading on the platform, with support still answering in under 90 seconds.
Four things we do not compromise on
Answer the phone
Support is in Leeds, on the phone, seven days a week. No ticket queue, no offshore script.
Build it, then charge for it
No per-report fees, no per-integration fees, no charging twice for the same feature.
Say the honest thing
If your current system is fine, we will tell you. If we cannot do something, we will say so on the call.
Ship what the floor asked for
Every release comes from something a venue told us in a support call, not from a roadmap workshop.
2,000+
venues and shops trading on Till to Bill
99.98%
platform uptime over the last 12 months
Who you will actually speak to
We are hiring in Leeds
Support, Android engineering and implementation. If you have worked a bar or a shop floor, say so — it counts here.
